Mike Sullivan

Founder / Creative Director

Peak Marketing was created out of a desire and passion to help business owners of all sizes implement successful marketing strategies to help growth their brand awareness and revenue.

I’m especially passionate about cause marketing campaigns designed to deliver effective business development, brand awareness, and strategic partnerships for for-profit organizations while simultaneously raising funds and awareness for local non-profits. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, rock climbing, bike riding, guitar playing, and hanging out with my partner and golden doodle puppy Theo.

Mike Waller

Web Development & Digital Strategist

Mike Waller is not only a web designer and developer, but he is trained in the field of digital marketing with over 20 years of experience. He knows what it takes to create the perfect website for your business and drive the right traffic to it. He works very closely with our clients to facilitate and build out websites to the very best and to the satisfaction of each client! Mike has worked with businesses across many different niches and companies including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, small, medium and large-size organizations, for-profit and non-profit, service industries, storefronts…you name it!! He and his wife, Diane, along with their six kids (and 3-legged pet Frug named Charli) live in beautiful Colorado!

David Esquibel

Director of Public Relations

With experience in both the government and private sectors, David combines government relations, media communications, issue management, corporate social responsibility, and strategic communications advice to help drive Peak to do what we do. He has worked on everything from ballot initiatives to presidential campaigns with a focus on local community impact while working in the Denver Mayor’s Office as well as for Peak Marketing. While off the daily grind, our best guess is he is on the trail, David especially enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hiking and fishing in the summer.

Shelley Bezek

Branding and Graphics

Shelley Bezek is our passionate graphic designer with more than two decades of innovative problem-solving experience. She brings enthusiasm to every project small and large using a strategic, intelligent design process that creates thoughtful solutions that have an impact. From a blank computer screen through production-ready graphic design that captures the essence of our client’s message. Shelley brings a professional attitude without the ego. When not working you will find Shelley spending time with her husband at their home in the Rocky Mountains, hiking, traveling or brainstorming some home design projects.

Jamie McClintock

Video

Jamie McClintock is our video production specialist at Peak Marketing. His expertise in video ranges from large scale Hollywood events made for television to small scale individual shoots for social media. Jamie is passionate about bringing stories to life using eye-catching visuals. With 12 years of industry experience, Jamie has spent countless hours behind the camera and in editing suites perfecting video, audio, lighting, and graphics with an emphasis on perfecting the final product. His craft has taken him around the world to create visual masterpieces with some of the industries top professionals. When he’s not grinding in the AV world, Jamie is a family man in Denver. His wife, Nikki, and their 2 year old son, Levi, love a good adventure and learning experience.
